COVID-19 Precautionary Measures

 

Q: How many people can be allowed in the chalet?

A: All chalet bookings are subjected to prevailing Safe Distancing Measures. Currently a maximum of 5 persons (including children) are allowed in each chalet unit, regardless of their chalet type, except where the gathering consists wholly of individuals of the same household (i.e. same address). Proof of residential address may be required by the resort management upon check-in. Everyone must be registered, and they are not interchangeable to reduce any risk arising from mingling. 

Update (15 Dec 2020): Starting from 28 Dec 2020, the maximum capacity per room will be increased to 8 persons (including children) from the current 5 persons (including children). Bookings made for stay on or after 28 Dec 2020 will follow the new guidelines set by the relevant authorities. We will continue to provide updates as 28 Dec 2020 draws closer. Q: Can we have our rooms side-by-side/nearby. I have kids/senior citizens to look after. (If they are of different household)

A: Due to current safe distancing measures, it is our current protocol to STRICTLY NOT allocate side by side rooms, unless the total number of individuals is less than 5. While I understand that your concerns are for taking care of your children/elderly parents, we would like to remind you that intermingling is strictly prohibited between different groups.

  

Q: Are you SGCLEAN certified

A: We are currently in the process of obtaining SGCLEAN license and we are expected to be certified by the 2nd week of Dec (08 December 2020).

 

Q: Are we allowed to have BBQ?

A: Yes, you are more than welcome to barbecue. Every unit comes with a private BBQ pit for your convenience.

 

Q: Will the swimming pools

opened?

A: Yes. However, due to current safe distancing measures – a maximum of 35 pax will be allowed in the adult pool, and maximum of 10 pax in the children pool at any given time. Upon booking confirmation, the swimming pool booking link will be sent to your e-mail.

Q: Can I check availability for select dates?

A: We are accepting bookings for any stay starting from 9th December 2020 onwards. You may fill up the enquiry form here or email us at sales@cherryloft.com to enquire about room rates and availability.

 

Q: Can I use the Singapore discovers voucher?

A: The SingapoRediscover Vouchers may only be used via the five authorized booking partners of the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers scheme only. We are amid whitelisting ourselves on Traveloka and Trip.com subjected to approval. Do note that future prices listed on the booking platforms would be our Best Available Rate (BAR). SingapoRediscover Vouchers cannot be used with any promotions that are exclusively offered when booking directly with us.

Room and amenities

 

Q: What type of facilities and activities that are available?

A: We are pleased to inform you that our swimming pool will be available for guest to use during their stay. However please take note that there will be a maximum capacity limit and booking of time slot are required to be done upon arrival at the hotel in subjected to prevailing Safe Distancing Measures.

Each of our chalet would also have their own BBQ pit as part of the amenities that you may enjoy during the stay.

 

Q: What are the room types at your resort? How many bed(s) are there in each room?

A: Our resort comprises of studios, duplexes, and family rooms. Standard studio units come with 2 single bed. Guests who requires 3 bed can book our “Triple” option. Guests who require 4 beds can either book our “Quad” or “Family” options. For more info on room type, click here.

 

Q: Is Reception open 24 hours?

A: Yes, Reception service is available 24 hours.

 

Q: Do you provide free parking?

A:       Weekdays: Complimentary Parking

Weekends: $3.00 per entry.

Q: What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?

A:       Check-in is from 3:00p.m.
Check-out is before 12:00p.m.

 

Q: Is it possible to Check-in before 2:00p.m.?

A: If you require an early check-in, it will be subjected to room availability,
there is an express cleaning charge as follows:

  • Before 9:30AM – S$80.00

  • After 9:30AM– S$50.00

  • After 12:00NN – S$30.00

If guaranteed early check-in is necessary, depending on availability, we can hold a room with an additional full room charge.

 

Q: Is it possible to Check-out late?

A: Check-out timing would be 12.00pm. No late check-out is possible. Charges will apply for any late check-out.

  

Q: Do you have a deposit policy?

A: Yes. We do collect S$100.00 refundable deposit subject to all items are in good condition while checking out. If there is any damage, lost item or extra cleaning fee will be charged accordingly.

 

Q: Eligible age for check-in?

A: You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.
