Yes, we are SGCLEAN certified.




How many people can be allowed in the chalet?


All chalet bookings are subjected to prevailing Safe Distancing Measures. Currently a maximum of 8 persons (including children/babies/toddlers) are allowed for each booking/chalet unit, regardless of their chalet type, except where the gathering consists wholly of individuals of the same household (i.e. same address). Proof of residential address may be required by the resort management upon check-in. ALL 8 persons must be registered at the front-desk. Registered names are fixed and not interchangeable throughout the stay. *important: The number of occupants allowed to stay overnight after 10.30 PM are according to the number of bed(s) booked. All other guests are to leave the premise by 10.30 PM.




I have kids/senior citizens to look after. Can we have our rooms side-by-side/nearby?


Due to current safe distancing measures, it is our current protocol to STRICTLY NOT allocate side by side rooms. While we understand that your concerns are for taking care of your children/elderly parents, we would like to remind you that intermingling is strictly prohibited. *Do note: CherryLoft Resorts reserves the right to evict any occupants at any time who fail to comply with our resort rules without any refunds. Any non-compliance will be referred to the relevant authorities.




I am a guest under the long-term stay promo, am I allowed to have visitors?


STRICTLY NO visitors allowed for guests under the long-term stay promo term.




Are we allowed to have BBQ?


Yes, you are more than welcome to barbecue. Every unit comes with a private BBQ pit for your convenience and safety.




Will the swimming pools be opened?


Yes. However, due to current safe distancing measures – a maximum of 50 people will be allowed in the swimming pool are. Upon booking confirmation, an e-mail with the swimming pool booking link will be sent to you.





HOUSE RULES

STAYCATION RULES


All chalet bookings are subjected to prevailing Safe Distancing Measures. Currently a maximum of 8 persons (including children/babies/toddlers) are allowed for each booking/chalet unit, regardless of their chalet type.

ALL 8 persons must be registered at the front-desk. Registered names are fixed and not interchangeable throughout the stay.

A maximum of 4 occupants or according to the number of bed(s) booked can stay overnight after 10.30 pm.

No smoking in the chalet. Cigarette butts, ashes, and cigarette smell detected inside the unit will be taken as the occupants had smoked inside. Cleaning fee of $100 will be charged to remove the odor. The Management reserves the right to refer the matter to NEA for enforcement action.

Usage of pull-out beds are charged at $30 per bed per night. Do not pull out. If you wish to have an extra bed. Kindly make the S$30 at our front desk. Once bed is pulled out, it is considered sold and you shall be charged $30 per bed.

No loud noise allowed after 10.30 pm.

No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk and all children should always remain supervised.

No usage of swimming pools before 8am and after 8pm.

Use only your allotted space, avoid using the patio or BBQ pits belonging to other units. If you prefer to use other BBQ space, please check the availability and book with our counter by paying SGD40.00 per pit per night.

For the safety of all guests, no indoor open flame cooking is allowed.

Preparation of food inside the chalet unit by any type of cooking equipment is strictly prohibited. The Management reserves the right to report any errant offenders to the Singapore Civil Defence Force.

The in-room electric kettle is for boiling water only. Do not boil/cook other liquids or food in it.

Cleaning fee of $10 is chargeable for every towel, bedsheet, pillowcase, blanket, and mattress protector that is stained. Cleaning fee for stained mattress is $50. Items are not for sale.

$30 is chargeable to replace each lost key.

Occupants must immediately report any discrepancies and/or damage spotted to the reception within 2 hours upon check-in. Otherwise, the management shall deem all items accounted for and are in good and clean condition.

Guests who use their own caterers are responsible for ensuring that the rubbish is deposited by the caterer. A $100.00 Cleaning fee applies if CherryLoft Resorts clear the rubbish left behind by the caterer.

No refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows, early departures or for whatever reasons. Changes or amendments to the reservation will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered for any deposits or payments made.

The security deposit or part thereof may be forfeited for any damages and/or replacement of damaged property.

CherryLoft Resorts reserves the right to evict any occupants at any time who fail to comply with our resort rules without any refunds




LONG-TERM STAY RULES


NO refund will be offered for cancellations, no-shows, early departures or for whatever reasons. Changes or amendments to the reservation will be termed as cancellations and no refund will be offered for any deposits or payments made. CherryLoft Resorts & Hotels Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of any payment made if the guest is deported or refused entry by Immigration Authorities for whatever reasons, including improper travel documents, quarantine, custom regulations. Deposit amount stated above is required before check-in. This deposit shall be refundable at the end of the term after deductions for damages caused by the guest, if any. Occupants must immediately report any discrepancies and/or damage spotted to the reception within 2 hours upon check-in. Otherwise, the Management shall deem all items accounted for and are in good and clean condition. For monthly stay, to be eligible for the same monthly rate, the following month's payment must be made before the current month's stay period is up. Extension of stay is subjected to availability and approval on pro-rated rates. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. No wastage of electricity or water. Deposit will be forfeited if the guest is caught wasting (e.g., Turning on the Aircon 24 hours daily or when nobody is in the room, leaving the water tap running). No charging of personal or commercial electrical appliances without Management’s approval. No smoking in the chalet. Other general terms and conditions apply as stated on our website. The premises / room shall not be occupied by anyone else other than the registered guest(s). Subletting is strictly not allowed. The management reserves the right to evict any person(s) who create a disturbance, nuisance or deliberately breaks any of the above listed rules. NO refund of fees will be made in the event of such circumstances. We, CherryLoft reserves the right to release all rooms if full payment has not been received within the stipulated period, without any prior notice to any parties. All reservations are required to give full payment to be treated as a confirmed. In the case of any disputes, the management of CherryLoft Resorts & Hotels Pte Ltd. reserves the right of final decision.

Can I use the Singapore discovers voucher?


The SingapoRediscover Vouchers may only be used via the five authorized booking partners of the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers scheme only. We are amid whitelisting ourselves on Traveloka and Trip.com subjected to approval. Do note that future prices listed on the booking platforms would be our Best Available Rate (BAR). SingapoRediscover Vouchers cannot be used with any promotions that are exclusively offered when booking directly with us.

Eligible age for check-in?


You must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and register for a room.





ROOM & AMENITIES

What type of facilities and activities that are available?


We are pleased to inform you that our swimming pool will be available for guest to use during their stay. However please take note that there will be a maximum capacity limit and booking of time slot will be required. Each of our chalet would also have their own BBQ pit as part of the amenities that you may enjoy during the stay. Our mini-mart is also stocked with essential BBQ supplies (fire-starter, wire mesh, charcoal etc.), snacks, and drinks.




What are the room types at your resort? How many bed(s) are there in each room?


Our resort comprises of studios, duplexes, and family rooms. Standard studio units come with 2 single bed. Guests who requires 3 bed can book our “Triple” option. Guests who require 4 beds can either book our “Quad” or “Family” options. For more info on room type, click here.




Do you provide free parking for staycation guests?


Weekdays: Complimentary Parking Weekends: $3.00 per entry.




What time is your Check-in and Check-out time?


Check-in time: 3:00p.m onwards.
Check-out time: At or before 12:00p.m.




Is it possible to Check-in before 3:00p.m.?


If you require an early check-in, it will be subjected to room availability.
An express cleaning fee will be charged for early check-ins as follows:

  • Before 9:30AM – S$80.00
  • After 9:30AM– S$50.00
  • After 12:00NN – S$30.00
If guaranteed early check-in is necessary, depending on availability, we can hold a room with an additional full room charge.




Is it possible to Check-out late?


Check-out timing is at 12.00pm. Late check-out may be made available subjected to availability. Charges will apply for any late check-out.




Do you have a deposit policy?


Yes. We do collect S$100.00 refundable deposit subject to all items are in good condition while checking out. If there is any damage, lost item or extra cleaning fee will be charged accordingly. For guests booking the long-term stay promo, deposit will be charged as follows: Duplex: $800 Studio: $500
